02 — Initial assessment: where you are, where you’re going, what’s in the way.

03 — One development objective is defined. Everything is built around it.

04 — You’re matched with your lead resident.

05 — Three months. Twelve private sessions. Defined milestones. Accountability between sessions.

06 — Final review, and a roadmap for what comes next.
